Cancellation Policy

In order to protect the rights of our customers and to safeguard MGTITAN's reputation, it is important to ensure that customers are not unfairly charged and are able to easily withdraw from the service if they are dissatisfied.

Customers can usually cancel a subscription or booking under the following conditions:

1. Time Limit: In order to satisfy the user's sense of experience, orders are unconditionally canceled within 24 hours of subscription for a full refund.

2. Unused Services: if customers have not yet started to use the services, they usually have the right to cancel the subscription or booking.

3. Special Circumstances: in some special circumstances, such as service quality problems or force majeure events or some customized products waiting time is too long, customers may have the right to cancel the subscription or booking.

Anyway, no matter what the reason, customers want to cancel the order remember to always contact customer service, in advance. If the goods have been sent but you have not received them, please refer to the return policy.
