Shipping Policy

For the best user experience, we aim to ship and deliver as quickly as possible.All items sold by MGTITAN are guaranteed to arrive within 25 business days, and most items are received within 5 to 10 business days.

In order to provide the best price ratio, we ship separately from different warehouses in the USA and China.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding special holidays (except for out-of-stock customized items).

If your address is a remote area, there will be an additional remote area charge. (Our customer service staff will contact you to pay a small shipping fee for remote areas such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.).

In most cases, it is not possible to ship military addresses such as APO/FPO, and commercial couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT cannot ship APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

For certain EU countries, we may choose to ship through certain duty-free channels. The declared value of the shipment may be lower than the actual value.

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS as carriers and require a customer signature upon delivery. Shipping methods vary by product type.

If the shipment cannot be found at your delivery location after signing for it, we will not be able to replace or refund your payment, and once the item has been verified as delivered to your address, the responsibility for the shipment rests with you.

We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with our carrier to receive the shipment at a convenient time and location. If an item is returned to MGTITAN as undeliverable, we will not issue a refund.

It is the buyer's responsibility to cooperate with customs to clear the goods, if customs needs buyer's information or back taxes, etc., and the buyer does not cooperate for the reason of customs clearance failure, we will not be responsible for the failure of customs clearance.

Every buyer is responsible for paying customs duty, consumption tax, etc. If customs and other relevant governmental authorities require the buyer to pay the tax, MGTITAN will not be responsible for this cost.
