Canceling or Modifying Orders Before Shipping
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact customer service promptly.
Canceling an order after it has shipped
If your order has been shipped but not yet received and you wish to cancel your order, we will not refund shipping charges and will charge a 15% restocking fee. If the item is in transit, please contact us and we can attempt to return it to the sender.
Please be sure to note that for fragile products, such as plastic accessory products, front and rear automotive headlights taillights, bumpers, tail fins, rain gear, window shades and other fragile products, please open the courier to check when you sign for the delivery of the goods, such as damage can be refused to sign for the delivery of the goods, the first time to contact the consignor or the carrier to the courier transportation company accountable. And provide pictures of damaged products and their shipping boxes and courier documents.
MGTITAN inspects every part that leaves our factory by a professional quality control department before it leaves the warehouse. If the product is damaged, probably due to transportation, you need to file a claim with the carrier/express logistics transportation company.
If you have already signed for the product and reflect the damage, both parties can only negotiate. If it is impossible to install and use, we will do our best to provide a return service, but the return shipping costs need to be borne by the customer.
If at this point you wish to return the product instead of replacing it, a 15% restocking fee will also be charged and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please be aware of the above issues, and to avoid unnecessary trouble, please do not order if you are concerned about the return policy.
Returns after receipt of order
We only accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Before returning an item, you must contact us at support@mgtitan.com. Any return without prior notice will be refused. A return label will be issued once we have been contacted. The cost of sending the product back is the responsibility of the consumer and shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost to send back the product will be deducted from the refund. If you choose to return an improperly packaged accessory and the accessory is damaged during return shipping, the customer is responsible for damages.
We have a 15-day unconditional return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. However, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and the product is unused and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Since MGTITAN has multiple warehouses, please contact MGTITAN after-sales customer service to obtain the warehouse address corresponding to the return.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to send the package and where to send it. Items sent back to us without a return will not be accepted.

Damage & Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way tomake sure you get the item you want is to return it, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
